Construction: Simple demo of existing stage and finishes; frame out custom reception desk; electrical, lighting, and low volt; plumb in new sink at back work counter; paint; LVP floor-ing and tile; install faux brick wall paneling and custom logo decal; install FFE and shelving; custom waterfall countertops and chevron wood paneling at reception desk.
