We hired LSE Builders Group to finish our basement. We prepared our designs and they worked with us to order all of the product. Once the permit was obtained, the group moved quickly to get the walls up and start the project. The group took steps to ensure the rest of the house did not have construction debris and covered our floors to protect the wood from movement from the various team members working on the project. When issues did come up, the group then took immediate steps to correct any issues and ensured us that the project would be completed in a timely manner. While the end of the project took a bit more time, we have found this is incredibly standard in the construction world. Even with that, the group communicated with us on a daily basis so we knew when the final touches would be finished. Overall we have received nothing but compliments on the work performed and the final product. We are enjoying the finished work and are happy with our choice to use LSE Builders Group.

We hired LSE Builders to finish our existing basement. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Steven the owner and Chris the project manager, as well as all the suppliers and contractors they work with. 

 

To start with, the whole process was very transparent and they use technology effectively in order to share all the bids, invoices, and receipts. Secondly, they performed amazingly well given our aggressive timeframe. Even with delays from the city, they finished the entire project in well under 3 months as promised. This is especially impressive given the very busy time contractors are having right now in the Boulder area. 

 

The finished product includes two additional bedrooms, a rec room, and a full bathroom. The finishing touches, in particular, turned out very well… the tile work, the carpentry, the lighting, etc. 

 

The project went very well and exceeded our expectations. Steven and Chris were both very professional and never hesitated to address any concerns we had. We highly recommend LSE!
